Single Review By Mike Richardson

From the ashes of Wtomb and Life Extinct emerge The Tom Wood Band. Definitely flying an 80s/90s thrash metal flag in the style of Megadeth or early Metallica.   Like a lot of similar material the guitar work is the stand out factor with mellow sections, classic thrash hooks and solos in full effect.

While the vocals aren’t always perfectly mixed, there’s a good deal of talent evident   with melodies, some outright brilliant mellow vocal touches and a really nice vocal hook in the chorus.

Overall it’s a really good debut.
