Sublind are a thrash metal band from Luxembourg formed in 2005, releasing to date two albums – ‘Thrashing Delirium’ (2014) and ‘The Cenosillicaphobic Sessions’ (2023), and three E.P.’s – ‘The Beginning Of The End’ (2007), ‘Thrash It!’ (2010), and ‘Metalmorphosis’…

…emerging in 2025 featuring the bands trademark aggression fuelled, high velocity brand of thrash! There are four flight speeds – subsonic, transonic, supersonic and hypersonic, Sublind outstripping ’em all as the band fly through all six songs on offer at the speed of fucking light! In just twenty three spellbinding minutes, the Luxembourg five-piece defy all laws of physics and motion as they hurtle right through the heart of thrash metal territory, destroying everything and everyone foolish enough to stand in their way – so batten down the hatches and prepare for the ultimate storm as Sublind light the fuse under the bands new E.P. and explode ferociously into life!

And when I say ferociously, I mean ferociously – ‘Thrash It!’ launching the E.P. skywards at a hundred fucking miles an hour! The speed, aggression and ferocity is all conquering, Sublind sending every mosh pit around the world into overdrive, with every mosher, metaller and thrasher violently rocking their heads back and forth in order to keep pace with the band! Yea good luck with that then, ‘Revolution Execution’ dropping a gear to become an almighty foot stomping bruiser – for the first forty seconds or so anyway, the scintillating speed of the E.P.’s opener returning with a vengeance as Sublind keep the hammer well and truly down! The barbaric nature of the opening brace is jaw dropping, the Luxembourg outfit ripping a great big fucking hole in the space-time continuum as the E.P.’s title song ‘Metalmorphosis’ enters the fray faster than a bullet – the band enraged and full of anger, breathing smoke and fire like the metal monster they are! An unforgiving thrash metal monster that batters listeners with an unbelievable amount of savagery, Sublind re-defining the term “ferocity fuelled” along with American thrashers Hatchet – these two bands delivering some of the fastest thrash metal I’ve heard for many a year!

A rip-roaring first half to ‘Metalmorphosis’ E.P. continues apace with ‘Necromania’, the all out thrash metal attack as intense right now as it was when the E.P. began – the ferocity at full tilt as the band shudder the ground with tremendous force! There’s also a few touches of groove metal here too, Sublind roaming all around thrash metal territory to deliver speed, aggression and menace fuelled thrash! The band are unstoppable in this form, firing on all cylinders as ‘R.I.P. – Reign In Pain’ storms in with a higher level of brutality than heard previously, the snarling vocals spitting deadly venom as Sublind demolish every “gas station, residence, warehouse, farmhouse, henhouse, outhouse and doghouse” for fucking miles! You can’t run, you can’t hide, and you definitely can’t avoid the tornado of thrash coming outta Luxembourg – wherever you are Sublind’s gonna get you, no matter how far! And bringing a superb E.P. to a delirious close, ‘Thrashing Delirium’ maintains the foot to the floor attitude of every song on offer, the band battering listeners one final time with a brutal barrage of fiery thrash to melt even the most hardened of metallers!

Overall, a ferociously fierce thrash metal onslaught, Sublind deliver high speed thrash with tonnes of aggression and immense head bang ability.
