SAVE THE NOIZE
“Save The Noize”

Save The Noize is a charity project based in Sweden, started by the glam rock band Velvet Insane and Rasmus Harnesk Wiklund, the lead singer of Swedish melodic metal band Veritas. The projects first release, is the single ‘Save The Noize’, released in 2021.
The project is in benefit of the Musikerforbundet‘s crisis foundation and involves some of the biggest Nordic artists of the rock, and hard rock, music genres – with all the income benefiting the foundation. The idea was born during the COVID-19 pandemic, which has stricken hard against everybody, not to say the least against musicians in Sweden and around the world.

And as for the single itself – what else what you expect from a group of rock musicians from Sweden? Good ol’ fashioned hard rocking music that’s what! ‘Save The Noize’ is infectious and catchy, with a corker of a rabble rousing call to arms sing a long chant style chorus – “We’re united and we are strong, We’re all in this together, Fighting for the world where we all belong, And this is now or never, We’ve got no choice we’ve gotta save the noize”.
Overall, a great project, featuring some of Scandinavia’s greatest rock musicians uniting to save the music industry.
