Saint Apache Announce Their New E.P. and Share New Video

SAINT APACHE are releasing their third E.P. Black Days and premiering their ferally-energetic video Tory Man from it. Black Days will drop on 22nd February 2019 and Tory Man is available to buy or stream 14th December 2018.

Check out Tory Man

Black Days is a strong 4-track EP, featuring Amongst VulturesThe Shameful, Strive to Survive and Tory Man. There’s energy, anger and conviction in these here tracks, as well as in-the-moment performance and skilled musicianship.
Thom Meredith’s raw vocals riding over Adam Oarton’s driving drums, Leo Burdett’s soaring lead guitar and Ross Towner’s powerful bass.

Black Days shows off SAINT APACHE’S edge and range, from the speed and undiluted energy of Amongst Vultures, the big driving guitar work and aggressive vocals of The Shameful,  to the almost hypnotic hooks and rhythms of Strive to Survive, then the slow and heavy politically-charged Tory Man.

SAINT APACHE concerts are high-tempo chaos: “Our shows are hectic, to be honest,” they admit and proclaim, “They are everything that rock music should be about. Full frontal. In your face! A rock-show should be physical, and it should be off the cuff. That’s exactly how we do things.”

In June, SAINT APACHE headlined and tore up the Platform 1 stage at the Isle of Wight Festival, then this November, SAINT APACHE took that high-octane vibrancy to Manchester, opening for Pitchshifter’s 20th Anniversary gig there and continue to go from strength to strength with their new releases.

Tory Man (from Black Days – now released as a video) further explores and expresses the band’s artistic and political ideals: “This is what we are about as a band: inequality, media lies, the double standards of those who rule us, and the legalisation of cannabis… These are the things we shout about. And when we come to perform, we explore them.”

The band’s political proclamations are backed up by musical skills that draw from many genres: “Our music comes from our different backgrounds, but together we create face-to-face music that plays at punkish speed, and has the sick sound of hardcore with classic rock grooves too… combined with the energy, commitment and true message of early punk.”

Check out this powerful, rising band, with something to say and the musical skills to add energy to their ideals, with the release of their third E.P. Black Days, their previous E. P’s.Wolf Machine (2017), self-titled debut EP (2016) and their forthcoming live performances and touring.
