Black Country Communion Album Review: “BCCIV”

BLACK COUNTRY COMMUNION
“BCCIV”
Album Review By Barry Vest Sr

9/10

In the annuals of rock and roll there are some people that just define a style, movement, and/or a whole generation of perpetual fortitude. BCC is what we call a super group and for good reason. How could you not have pure gold with the likes of Glenn Hughes, Joe Bonamassa, Jason Bonham, and Derek Sherinian? Seriously this a group that is taken straight out of some brilliant dreamers list of who’s who. The rhythm is exceptional and timing changes are spot on. Hughes performs with precision and obviously he is held up by the greatest ensemble ever. Without a doubt one of the must haves in any collection that upholds musicianship as the fundamental element.

BLACK COUNTRY COMMUNION are:
Glenn Hughes – Bass, Lead Vocals, Occasional Backing Vocals
Joe Bonamassa – Guitar, Backing Vocals, Occasional Lead Vocals
Jason Bonham – Drums, Percussion, Occasional Backing Vocals
Derek Sherinian – Keyboards
